Spectrum recently installed a new modem and a new router in my home. Now, my phone no longer recognizes any other device on my network. Despite this I am able to control 2 (non-Google) devices through their related apps installed on my phone. But I can no longer control either chromecast devices connected to my 2 TVs. I have done factory resets on my router and my Chromecast, cleared the Settings storage and cache, renamed my network, uninstalled and reinstalled Google Home, and rebooted my phone in safe mode. Nothing works. Neither Spectrum nor Google Support has figured out what's wrong.

Hi Marjorie,

I understand you are still having the same issue. Were you able to try any of the troubleshooting steps that were mentioned above?

What troubleshooting steps have you tried to fix the issue?

We look forward to hearing from you.
