Hi,
After good service, my Chromecast is now bricked and I need to return it. It was purchased from amazon a year ago, and they direct me to the manufacturer.
The device sits showing "Google TV" in a rectangle with colours circling it.
It will not respond to a factory reset - the light goes from yellow to white, when I press and hold the button, it doesn't matter how long I hold it, it doesn't change - it stays white.
I've had a similar issue months back - that time a factory reset got it running again.
How do I get a warranty replacement?
