No picture casting Android screen

I'm using Google Home app to cast my Android screen (Galaxy S9+).  The screen casts fine (I can see my Android screen on the TV), but when I play a video I get the sound but no picture.

First step is to reboot everything.. phone, router, and Chromecast.  If this clears it up great! If not.. you will need to try more in-depth stuff.   Can you cast from an app, say Netflix or YouTube?  Does this only happen when casting your phone's entire screen?

Seemed to be a problem with my phone.  Did the same thing from my tablet and it worked fine
