I know this issue has been partially covered but I couldn't find a solution. The Pandora app on my Samsung tv no longer works. Up until a few weeks ago it was working fine and nothing that I can think of has changed. I have followed all the previous advice that I found, i.e. uninstall/reinstall, clear cache, reboot Chromecast, etc. All the other Chromecast apps work fine.
When I select Pandora the app doesn't even open but it works fine when I use it via the Smart Hub feature of the tv directly. It is Pandora version 4.2.4.
Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for posting and for being a step ahead of us. Based on your description, it seems like the issue is isolated to the Pandora app. Kindly check for available updates, and although I don’t think it’s needed, you can also try a factory reset for a full clean-up. If the issues with the Pandora app persist, it would be best to contact them directly.

Thanks for the answer. I have contacted Pandora and they are looking into the issue. I have gone thru all the steps they recommended but without success. Hopefully the next update will take care of the problem. I can still use the app on my phone or tablet so for now I'll have to be satisfied with that.

I’m sorry to hear that all those steps didn’t help. It would be best to wait for the app's version update. Hopefully, it would correct whatever bug this might be. Let us know if you still have questions.
