I have a Google Streamer hooked up to my LG C4 tv.
Regularly, I have issues *only* with Paramount+ on the Streamer where sometimes, either when starting a show or when a show comes back from an ad break, the audio is super quiet. Pausing and resuming has generally brought the audio back to normal.
No other apps have an issue (so far).
Paramount+ on WebOS (the TV's OS) works fine.
Suggests for how to fix this?

i have this issue also, except when it comes back from an ad break, i do not hear any sound probably 3 out of 10 times.

What TV are you using?
ETA: OH! and do you sometimes find that you need to pick your profile again after a show finishes?

Samsung led 55 inch, get no sound when coming from ad break
no on the profile

Well, good at least that that seems to narrow it down to the Paramount+ app on the Streamer and likely not something it’s sending out to the sound system.
Weird about the profile, I regularly get bounced to picking the profile again after something is done BUT that could be something else (i haven’t tried to figure out what causes it to happen… it might be happening when the streamer goes to ambient screensaver and then shuts off because boy howdy the time between screensaver and shut off is *short* but then power back on and finish whatever I was watching….)

You know what I just realized… I haven’t seen the issue with The Daily Show. Only with the hour long shows I watch.

Hi folks,
Thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Community Forum. I understand that the audio is coming in extremely quiet on Paramount+. I’m happy to share more information with you.
Regarding the situation, I recommend checking out this article: Audio and video are out of sync on Google TV Streamer, and implementing the workarounds. However, if the behavior persists, I suggest contacting the Paramount+ support team; their support team can provide you with the most accurate information. Also, we're always looking for ways to improve; therefore, your feedback is important to us.
Best regards,
Daniel
