Paramount+ playing content blue screen when using Google tv

1. Do you have a physical Chromecast device? Or is a Chromecast built-in (Google Cast)?
2. Does this only happen with Paramount+?
3. Does the blue screen only appear when you try to watch Paramount+?

• If you have a Chromecast device, you can follow these steps:
  • Soft Reset (Reboot), Clear the cache, and Uninstall the app.
• If you have a Google TV device, you can follow these steps: 
  • Soft Reset (Reboot), Clear the cache, Check for device updates, and Uninstall the app
