Permanently delete YouTube

How do I PERMANENTLY delete YouTube, not just uninstall it, from my Google Chromecast device? If there's truly no way, then is there a way that I can require a password for any new apps to be installed?

I understand why it’s important for you to restrict access to the YouTube app on your Chromecast; let’s see what is going on.

There currently isn’t a way to permanently delete YouTube or restrict access to what apps are installed on your Chromecast.
