Portrait View Mirror Onto Portrait Monitor

I display my company's software at trade shows and the best way to view it is in portrait mode.  I just bought a 27" monitor so people visiting my booth at the shows will have a clean look at the software without having to hover over my Samsung tablet.  I have no problem casting my tablet in landscape view, but I can't get it to stay in portrait for more than a moment.  I need the view to be in portrait mode and to fill the entire portrait screen.  How can I do this?

Hello @MitSerb,

Changing the Chromecast with Google TV to display in Portrait mode is not a setting that is available.

One option that might work is if you lock the tablet in portrait and then somehow display your portrait app rotated on the tablet in landscape. When you cast the display to the Chromecast it would then show the correct way on the monitor.

This might be possible through a 3rd party app that can force the orientation of the app to do display in a landscape orientation.

I hope this helps.
