I finish setting up the chromecast. Added the room and the wifi network. But then after i go to youtube to look for devices. I fail to find the device. Also when going back to the google home app i get the below message.
“TV not available
Cant see TV on this Wi-Fi network. Check that its online and that your phone or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi network. “
somebody please help me, cause i cant cast anything on my TV right now.

I understand how concerning it is when you've successfully set up your Chromecast, but cannot cast to your TV. I can see that you're trying to figure out why you're unable to find the device and why the Google Home app is showing the 'TV not available' error and can't find the device when you try to cast from YouTube. Restart your router:
Reboot the Chromecast:
