When trying to use the Prime Video app on my Google TV (4K Model), and selecting the show or movie I want to watch, the loading wheel will spin for almost 2 minutes before loading the content, and it will constantly have to buffer every few minutes or so, each time for about 20-30 seconds. It is not my Wi-Fi signal, as both my router config and settings on the Chromecast both show a very strong and healthy connection. Every other app on the device works flawlessly.
I have done all the usual troubleshooting. I've reset the app, cleared the cache, deleted and reinstalled, power-cycled the Chromecast, and even reset the router. Nothing has even temporarily solved the issue. Prime Video is also working on all my other devices as well, so I know its not a server issue. It seems to be just a communication issue with the Google TV and Prime Video specifically. Does anyone have any information or similar experiences as I?

Hey there KStewart808,
Welcome to the Chromecast Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear that your Prime Video app is having some buffering issues, I know that would bug me quite a bit. In this scenario, if you've already reset the Chromecast, cleared the Prime Video app cache, uninstalled and re-installed the Prime Video app, I would recommend you check for any Chromecast with Google TV updates. If it's up-to-date and the problem persists, go ahead and reach out to the Prime Video Support to see if they are aware of any issues with their Google TV app.
I hope that helps, and if you have any other questions or concerns for me, please let me know!
Best regards,
Jeran
