Problème de son coupure

Bonjour. 

Je regarde un film sur Netflix depuis mon téléphone avec la Chromecast 2 . Le son se coupe au bout de 15min. Que faire ??

Thanks for reaching out. Let's sort this out.

 

A few questions: When did this issue start? Is the Chromecast plugged into a power outlet? Is this only happening when watching videos from Netflix or across all apps?

 

Give these steps a try;

 

  1. Plug the Chromecast into the a power outlet using the provided USB power cable.
  2. Adjust the cables and make sure they’re tightly plugged in.
  3. Plug in the Chromecast into a different HDMI port on your TV.
  4. Plug the Chromecast in a different TV screen (If applicable).
  5. If the issue is only happening when watching from Netflix, please reinstall the app.
  6. Reboot your mobile phone.
  7. Reboot your Chromecast.
  8. Reset your Chromecast.
