Problema com o chromecast

Há 3 dias meu chromecast não está funcionando, ao conectar a Tv ele fica com uma luz laranja e a tela da Tv aparece uma exclamação e o site para acesso. Já entrei nesse site, fiz tudo que estava pedindo mas não normaliza. Preciso de ajuda para resolver esse problema.

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Chromecast. 

What type of Chromecast device do you have? Try the following steps below and let me know how it goes:

1. Unplug your Chromecast device from the power source. Leave it unplugged for 2 minutes. Before plugging it back in, please follow the additional steps outlined below.
2. Use the original power cord and power adapter provided with your Chromecast (not the USB power cable).
3. Plug your Chromecast's power cord/power adapter directly into the wall outlet.
   • Be sure that the power cord is NOT plugged into an extension cord, power strip, or other power unit.
   • Some power strips and TV-powered USB ports may not provide enough power.
4. After 2 minutes, plug the power source back into the Chromecast following the steps above and allow the Chromecast to reboot.
