Some shows on Chromecast not showing official artwork

Hi just wanted to state that some shows are showing alternative artwork instead of official artwork please fix

Which artwork are you talking about specifically.. where is this showing up?  Is it app specific (ie Plex or Netflix) ?

I'm not sure if it is app specific problem  but some of the new shows like doctor odyssey don't have official artwork like  some of the older shows

Okay but what service are the thumbnails showing as?  Plex? Netflix? YouTube? Etc...  can you grab a screen shot to show what you mean?  

I'm asking because, for example, my Plex server uses whatever artwork I select, where as Netflix uses their own, etc.  trying to figure out what is happening for your situation

I think it's for hulu,  peacock, paramount ext ,however how do you use plex to change the artwork to what you select here is an example

Okay so Plex is a software that acts as a media player and server, you would manage your own media files , it won't help you here.  

Unsure which show you are talking about, but everything in that screenshot is from a streaming platform, so they would use their own thumbnails, mostly not official artwork.  Long and short, this is working as intended.

Sorry about that hopefully the problem gets fixed , it's just that  it's been a while that it hasn't updated the images to the original artwork normally it does this  since I've had it . This time it's not resolving itself
