Split audio and Video

Is it possible to split Video an Audio on the streamer? 

I want Video via the beamer and audio to my google home max. I have tried it and cant seem to make it work inside the google home invironment other than using them home max as a Bluetooth speaker.

No, you cannot do that.

The only workaround (that only is available on Chromecast with Google TV and Streamer devices) is to set your Max as a Bluetooth speaker, as you've discovered.
