Streaming Radio

Up until yesterday I could stream radio on the Hub but this morning I am getting a message saying that I need to upgrade my subsciption.

Thank you for posting in the community. I understand you’re having troubles streaming your radio on the Hub and now it's receiving a message that you need to upgrade your subscription. I’m here to help.

To further assist you, please answer the following questions:

  • What type of Nest Hub do you have? (Here is a helpful article to identify the model of Nest Hub).
  • When did the situation start?
  • What is the name of the streaming service (Radio streaming)?
  • Is the Nest Hub connected to the same WiFi as your phone and the streaming service?
  • Is your streaming service set up into the Google Home app?
  • Where are you located?
