UKTV app chromecast says not available in my country

Although I am in UK & this is shown in my Google Play profile, when I tried to add UKTV app to chromecast, I was informed that it is not available in my country.  Does anyone know how to solve this issue?  Additionally, why can I not fjnd Channel 4 app on chromecast?
