Hello, I have Soundbar Ultimea Poseidon D60 with Dolby Atmos and I have 2 problems.
1. When I want to change the volume, instead of 1 level, it immediately changes to 6, so if I click twice, it does not change to 2 but to 12. I wanted to change it in the settings and search for my device, but the ultimea company does not have support from google, can you add updates so that I can adjust the volume correctly?
2. After selecting the voice option on Dolby Atmos (manually), a message pops up that my device may not work with Dolby Atmos, that the device does not support it, but this is not true because the device supports these technologies. Can you also introduce updates for my device?
