Ver 3 only says "available for specific video sites"

Had version, 1 all was OK. I could cast  from my chrome browser and android

I just installed version 3 (w remote) and can no longer cast from browser or android. 

I just get the message that casting is "available for specific video sites"

Any ideas?

Fixed it by recycling both Modem and chromcast
