**Notes** Not certain labels are perfectly accurate as I didn't know it was a Chromecast device until the error.
My Vizio TV began to have issues with the SmartCast system and I was interacting with a Vizio tech support agent who recommended a factory reset to try and correct the issue.
However, now the TV stops at the
'Something went Wrong' screen now and then shifts to a picture.
Is this problem fixable?

It sounds like your issue relates to the setup of a Vizio TV, which is not a Google product, feature, or service so wouldn't be supported in this community. To get the best support with that, I'd recommend continuing your case with Vizio support, as they are best placed to advise.
