When casting from Chrome, the image appears pixelated and the display on the TV is delayed.
Restarting TVStreamer does not fix the problem.
The Wi-Fi connection is in an environment where the ChromeBook PC and TVStreamer are connected to the same access point.
Please let me know if there is a problem with the settings.

Hi MY37,

Thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing pixelated images when casting with your Google TV Streamer. I appreciate you providing details about your Wi-Fi connection and the troubleshooting steps you've already tried. Don't worry; I can help.

To provide the best solution, I need a little more information:

  • When did this issue start?
  • Have you successfully cast before without any video quality issues?
  • Have you tried using the streaming device on a different TV? If so, does it show the same behavior?

Please keep me posted.

Best regards,

Jenny

・The same behavior occurred when using a different Google TV streamer (4K).

・The same behavior occurred on a different TV.

・There were no problems on a Windows PC.

・The problem occurred every time on a Chromebook PC.

・I use 5Ghz Wi-Fi.

That's all I have to say.
