Why can't I connect my Anker Q30 to my Chromecast via Bluetooth? It just shows "unable to pair", doesn't give any error report.

I'm sorry for the long wait.

I apologize for the inconvenience that you have with your Anker Q30 but unfortunately the Chromecast devices don't have the feature to pair with any auricular or airpod. 

Additionally I would like to share with you a form that you can use if you want to leave your feedback about this topic.
