Problem. From time to time, >You do not have access to this channel< appears and then the screen freezes. When you press "Enter" a few times, the broadcast continues. So far on two different TV apps.

  • What streaming device do you have? 
  • Is this situation happening with a specific app or site?
  • What steps did you try to solve the situation?

Streaming Device: Google TV Streamer (4k) with Google TV Streamer Voice Remote.

I thought at first that it was just one app, but it now comes on two different (Danish) TV apps.

I have written to both providers. Checked for possible updates. Checked memory.

Uninstalled both apps, restarted the streamer and installed again. But the error persists.

I understand that after all the steps that you tried, the Google TV Streamer (4K) device is still having problems with the Danish TV app, but don't worry; we can help.
