YouTube subscriptions don't display

Starting in the middle of last week I've not been able to get my Subscriptions to load in the YouTube app on either of my Google TV with Chromecasts. Everything else in the app works fine, but the Subscriptions page, where I consume most of my content on the Chromecast is all greyed out like it's loading, but never does. My PC and Android devices have no issues with the Subscription page, but my xboxes, with the same app layout also have the issue

I have the same issue on my sony tv. Tried unistall, update, force stop, clear data and cache, reset app and still does display subscriptions onntv but everything else works on you tibe and from all other devices subscriptions work just fine.???? 

Doesnt display subscriptions on tv after all those steps i meant.. Sorry type o.

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about that. Let's sort this out.

 

MN12SD, have you checked if this is also happening to your other app that has a subscription if you have any aside from the YouTube app? Please try clearing the cache and data of the YouTube app. Reinstalling the YouTube app and rebooting your Chromecast with Google TV might also help.

 

Note: If the issue only appears on the YouTube app, please reach out to your app developer for additional help.

 

Championmaker, do you have a Chromecast device, or do you only have a Sony Smart TV? If you also have a Chromecast device, please try the other suggested steps above.

I had cleared cache, all data, remove/reinstall and factory reset the chromecast. YouTube returned to showing my subscribed channels on the chromecast/Xbox app a few days after posting this.

The Youtube Android/XBOX app is still showing my channel subscriptions, all is good here.
