I just got a chromecast with Google TV (4K). It works fine except some minor issue.
One of them is that I don't see any difference on the YouTube Music app when compare to the YouTube app.
On my android phone, since I am using the YouTube Premium subscription. I can change the audio quality. But I can't find any similar option on the app installed on the Google TV. Any advice is greatly apprepicated.

Hi yipchunyu,
Thanks for posting. I understand that you want to personalize the audio quality of your YouTube Music app directly on the Chromecast. It's currently not possible to adjust audio quality directly on the Chromecast for YouTube Music. However, if you are casting from the YouTube app to your TV you can control the search, browse, or playback experience on the full YouTube app. While connected, your YouTube Music mobile app will function as a remote for YouTube on TV.
You can check more information on the "Casting from the YouTube Music app to your TV".
Best regards,
Jenny

Thanks for your update. I used the method your mentioned. It's a lot better then the tab in the TV's app. Don't know why the software is the weakest link on the Google TV ecosystem. Besides this, it's surprised to find that the app on Google TV won't allow to change the playback speed like the one on Android phone or PC chrome.
Quite disappointing
