can't cast to device........"no devices found"

Sorry for the delayed response. Let's sort this out. 

 

A few questions — what device are you using for casting? What type of Chromecast device do you have? What is the LED light status in your Chromecast device?

 

Give these steps a try:

  1. Make sure your phone is within 20 feet away from the Chromecast and WiFi router.
  2. Make sure the Chromecast device is set up correctly.
  3. Make sure your phone is connected on the same WiFi network as your Chromecast device.
  4. Use a different mobile phone.
  5. Reboot your Chromecast, phone, and WiFi router.
