Hi all, i’ve had my chrome cast for a few years. it’s the one with a tv remote and all the apps already on the device (not the phone connection one), i don’t know the gen. recently it has stopped connecting to wifi, won’t allow me to go into settings or wifi on the tv. tried to reset it and it won’t even let me reset please help

I am having exactly the same issue, that too since yesterday ..
Now I am wondering if it was some kind of update in the background or what ... 😞
