lockcode for children

When I want to start casting, the mobile asks for the lockcode for childeren.  I don't know this code.

I would factory reset the Chromecast, since it's a first Gen, but if it is your mobile asking you for a code, it might be your mobile that has a child lock. 

What OS are you using? (Android? Apple? Other?)
