To help me find the best solution, I'll need to ask you a few questions:
- What streaming device do you have?
- What app are you using when the issue occurs? Does the issue happen only on this app, or is it happening on other apps as well?
- Is your streaming device connected directly to the TV?
- Is there a soundbar or AV receiver connected to the TV?
- When does the issue occur? Does it happen after the device has been idle for a period of time?
- How often does this issue happen? (i.e., every time you use the app, once a day, occasionally, etc.)
- What kind of cables are you using (i.e., eARC or ARC, optical audio cable)?
- Is your streaming device connected through Wi-Fi or Ethernet?
