unable to debug chromecast

I and my colleagues are developing mobile apps that supporting chromecast feature on playing videos. However, we have a BIG issue that all contents unable to cast to the chromecast. All video streams are as HLS/.m3u8 format.  I tried this way, which doesn't help though I paid for the fee of remote debug. Are there any detailed description about how we can troubleshoot our issues? Or, any instructions of guideline about Google Cast SDK Developer Console?

I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient! This forum is more for general Chromecast support, I don't think we have any developers on here. If you check out the Google Cast SDK Support page, there is an option to ask for development support on Stack Overflow by using the google-cast tag.
