Hello, I want to make everyone aware of an ADT bait and switch issue I am having. I recently purchased through ADT Google Nest Cameras with Nest Aware Plus, so I could have access to 24/7 video recordings. ADT was happy to sell the Google Nest Cameras, including Nest Aware Plus as part of our agreement. Initially, they didn't install the Nest Aware Plus and I had to make several calls to ADT to rectify this. Finally, they included the Nest Aware Plus, only to remove it about a month later. Now when I call ADT, they act like I never had Nest Aware Plus. This makes Google Nest look bad because of the bait and switch tactics used by ADT. I'm going to fight this with ADT, but Google should be aware that doing business with ADT is going to make your products look bad. I am not receiving the service I signed up for and ADT's gaslighting their customers into thinking otherwise. I would like to know if anyone else had encountered this with ADT?
