Greetings all. I screwed up. I have 2 Google accts. I purchased plus yesterday under 1 acct and my cameras are under the other acct. Sequence of events:
I mistakenly let my aware plus subscription run out. I forgot it was the plus version. I then purchased the basic aware using the acct associated with my cameras.
I quickly discovered my error. I was told to cancel that subscription and purchase the plus version. I was told I would received a refund for the basic subscription.
I cancelled as told. I then saw the plan would stay in place for the next year and would cancel a year from now.
For whatever reason, on another device, I purchased the plus version under my other acct. Had no idea the problem I created.
I actually spoke with a spt person. He had to turn it over to google play for resolution. I was assigned a case number from Nest.
Not sure if he understood my 2 accts issue when he sent it to Play.
When I try to access them, it says and shows my case number and I can't proceed further.
I've heard nothing and fear this isn't going well.
Suggestion?

It sounds like you did the right thing by canceling and opening a support case. Since the purchases are tied to different Google accounts, the refund and subscription transfer can only be handled by Google Play support (they manage billing). I’d recommend following up directly with Google Play support using your case number, and make sure to clarify the two-account situation.
