I have a Nest Aware Subscription paid annually on a Google Account that is disabled by Google for suspected violation of TOS. I no longer have access to anything related to this account, including email (gmail), the Nest app on my android phone, and Google Home app on my android phone. This is why i have to use another email to ask for help. I need help specifically to cancel the annual payment for this said Nest Aware Subscription for this Google Disabled account, which is disabled by Google on 23 Jan 2026. I have already appealed twice, and twice got rejected by Google to restore said account. Please help point me to someone or a support email address, thanks!

Thanks for posting here in the community. I understand you need to cancel an annual Google Home Premium subscription, but your primary account was disabled on January 23, 2026. Since your restoration appeals were unsuccessful, you can't access the Nest or Google Home apps to manage the subscription. No worries, help is here!
