I need to retrieve video from summer and my history only goes back to August.

I can’t access July in my history and I need a video for my upcoming court case. Is there any way I can get it? What if I pay more money?

You can only get the history specified in your Nest Aware subscription. (They just changed the name of the subscription.) Google Nest does not keep any history older than your subscription, and changes to subscriptions are NOT retroactive.
