Nest recording

Hi

 

I cannot see any recording of my cameras over one day, everything was working fine, and it just stopped over a week or two weeks ago

To provide you with accurate troubleshooting steps, please answer the following questions:

  • Do you have an active Google Home Premium subscription? If so, what kind of subscription do you have?
  • Are you using the Google Home or Nest app?
  • What type of Nest cameras do you have? To identify the models, refer to the following article: Technical specs for Google Nest cameras and doorbells.
  • Are you signed into the right account?
  • Can you see the camera’s live feed?
  • Have you made any recent changes to your network (like changing your router, password, or network name)?
  • Do you see any error messages in the app?
