Problem with google home premium

I want to end my google home premium suscription, before the f... update my devices talked in english and spanish now the only speak english abd its a problem for my family please soution right away!!!

I understand you want to cancel your Google Home Premium subscription since your devices stopped communicating in both English and Spanish following the latest update and are now responding in English only. I know how important it is for your family to be able to use the devices in the languages with which they are most comfortable. No worries, I’m happy to help you with this!

To better investigate this issue, I’d like to ask for the following information:

  • What type of Google Home Premium subscription do you have?
  • Could you please confirm which specific device models are experiencing this behavior?

In the meantime, please check which languages are currently listed for the Google Assistant within the Google Home app. For reference, see this article: Change the language of Google Assistant.
