I was double billed in December

I was double billed in December, I was charged twice on December 1st for  $107.25 and then another charge for $10.72  I assume the $107.25 is for the whole year and the $10.72 is monthly for my other account.  But why was I charged two times for my one account?  I talked to someone a few weeks ago and they ASSURED me that someone would work this out and call me.  Nope!

I know how frustrating this is, especially since you were promised a follow-up call a few weeks ago that you never received. No worries, help is here!

To better assist you with accurate information, I’d like to ask a few questions:

  • Where did you originally purchase the subscription?
  • What type of subscription do you have?
  • Could you please share the case number for your previous call?
