I am the owner of my Google Cloud account and purchased a monthly package. However, the system created a Billing Account without linking it to a named project, which prevents me from configuring or connecting billing properly. I suggest that the system should allow account owners to directly select from their existing projects to link with billing, and also provide an easy way to unlink. This would improve flexibility and reduce user confusion.
