I don't believe Google offer an invoice for Google Home Premium (formerly Nest Aware).
If you bought it from the Google Store, you can view payment history by clicking here, clicking on your subscription, and clicking on "View payment history", and if you click "View transactions", you should see a page called "Completed purchases".
In addition, when your subscription is renewed, you should get an email from "Google Store" titled "Your Nest Aware [Plus] [HOME NAME] subscription receipt" that lists your renewal amount and payment method. I'm not sure if the subject of the email will have now changed to Google Home Premium with the rebrand.
