Hello, we moved from our old home in January of 2025. I deleted my home from the app and took my cameras off my house. I gave up attempting to contact nest for a refund for the remaining months on the contact and I thought I read that since the home was deleted I would not be charged again.
Fast forward today, my credit card was charged 380 for all the cameras on my old home ( i do have a new nest aware/google home subscription that I want to keep). Any ideas on how to get a refund on the or dispute the charge on my credit card. There is no way to contact nest...everything circles back to the community or FAQ.

Google does not help at all. They waste your time and continue to charge for a subscription model they force merged and refuse to refund. It's been 3 years and still getting the run around about canceling the nest labs subscription.
