I have done all iOS updates I have done all app updates everything I have is up-to-date the problem still exist I have reset everything several times To include all of the nest devices that I have been reset also

BTW. This is what the app reads. Settings. nest aware. frontdoor camera—- ACTIVE. outdoor camera—— NO SUBSCRIPTION. go to camera (SUBSCRIPTION NONE)That is my Problem. And yes I have removed it and reinstalled it twice. Will try a third time tonight

I walk up to the camera wave at the camera stand in front within 5 feet of the camera and then walk away. I believe that would constitute an event five minutes later you try to look at the Event and all you get is a photo.
