The only time I have that issue is if I try to get the video to preview
and load the clip immediately when I get the notification on my s21
ultra. If I give it a couple of seconds it will display the preview and
clip just fine.
Dumb question but might as well ask, are your devices on the same home
account as they are? I know when I add a device the app asks what home
account I'm adding them to so if you have multiple home accounts just
verify they are on the same account as...
I have this issue with ALL my nest cameras, it seems like it takes
complete control to record a video rather than stream and record. Pain
in the tail to have someone come up and ring the nest doorbell and then
it shuts off the video to record vs live...
Oddly enough mine shows infinite battery power with the light switch to
the floods on but it only showed a charge of 66%. I have it inside
charging with the power cable from the other cameras.
Did you remove the camera from your nest account? If it was connected to
someone else, it's a brick until they remove it. Once you remove it just
re-add it to get it back on the network. Yea it's a pain but I've had to
do that with one of my outdoor ...
