Nest thermostat

My nest thermostat is connected to the wifi but the Google home and nest app is saying it's offline. I've reset the WiFi on thermostat and still says offline. I think is have nest thermostat 2nd gen.

Recently installed the new doorbell battery but mines is wired and It doesn't show the live stream on the Google home app.

I still can't view live stream from Google home app it's says live video unavailable

It can record events which I can view. I selected "wired".
