Hi,From the nest app: Display-3.6, Backplate-5.4 Software: 6.2-27Remote sensor: Nest Temperature Sensor-1.0 Not sure what steps I should try as it just seems like a bad software trigger/assumption.I can send the serial number if requested and safe.
