As I reported last year, I had this issue and eventually resolved it by renaming my home. Then shortly renamed it back and all was working again as expected. At least I think that was what I did.

I do see some of this. Snooze never was consistent for me, so don't know if it is worse. And certainly don't have to cycle power. That would indicate a hardware issue to me, since there hasn't been a firmware update on this device in many years.

If you read through this thread there are a couple better workarounds by using "weekdays" or "Day after today" in your alarm command. The thread moderator needs to flag one of those posts a the "Best answer" instead of the worthless one tagged.
