Google Nest Community

I set my fan to always on in the Google Home app and now it won’t allow me to turn it off. The only thing I can do is turn the entire system off. When I turn it back on the fan comes back on. My thermostat also restarts on its own several times a day...

My Nest Protects are already installed. I had to do a reset of my Nest app and now they are no longer in the app. Is there a way to reconnect them to the app without climbing a ladder and taking them down?
