Yes the issue is still there. There’s no blue wire. I had to call a technician but he couldn’t figure either. this nest is now causing the air conditioning to switch on and off every 30 seconds.

There is also a weird humming sound coming from the thermostat after I charge it and put it back on the wall panel.

Thanks. I realized I had an issue with the c wire. I got the nest c connector and now everything works well. I now have the same wiring as @hmstanley
