Every time I switch the camera on, it switches off in the app when I

Unless he's seeking coding advice and is part of the development team,
their nest camera is broken beyond user intervention.

Yep, this has been noticed by media outlets that Google home is becoming
more and more useless. Google have never officially announced this, but
it'll be a backend change to the speech 2 text model they use to a
cheaper one.
