Google heat link stopped working, engineer checked it and found power
going in but no power out, also no led lights, completely dead. Would
like a new heat link please if any one can help. Thank you.
Hello AlexD, sorry a bit slow replying but your reply was brilliant it
opened a big door for me. Boxt are coming Tuesday to fit a new heat
link, so a very good result thanks to you.
Hello Larisal, sorry I have not been in touch but I am struggling to get
any further forward with trying to get a new heat link. I got one reply
saying they had a case number which is 2-1682000035536, and would I log
onto the help section with number...
Hello AlexD, thank you for your helpful hints, I have been through all
your tips and everything is as it should be apart from the heat link
which has power in but nothing out, dead. Thank you again for your help.
