Hi - i think I am having a similar issue. When I put the system on cool mode it still blows hot air. I have another gen3 that also had the software update, but it works correctly when installed in that location.

I am having an issue - the updated pushed thru about 3 days ago and now one of my thermostats won't cool anymore.
