Changing my registered phone number on account

Ive changed my phone number but cannot find any option to tell Nest this. When I sign in I can find "change your email" and "change your password" but no option to change phones.

I've had to cancel two stage verification because it would only send a code to the old phone which is not in my possession. ( I had to "borrow" it back for an hour to make these changes.)

3. Click on PHONE to change. ...
4. Select number to change. ...
5. Edit phone number. ...
6. Enter password to confirm. ...
7. Step 7: Finally edit number. ...
8. Step 8: Update number.
